President and CEO

Lynn W. Hepner


A Master’s graduate of Washington University Medical School’s Hospital & Health Administration Program in St. Louis, MO, Mrs. Hepner has spent nearly 35 years in a variety of healthcare oriented enterprises. She worked clinically as a speech pathologist during the 1970s which led again to graduate school and an Admistrative career. She served as Vice President of Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis, MO during the 1980s and transitioned that expertise into her administrative career in physician practice management during the 1990s. As Chief Operating Officer of a large regional emergency medicine group practice her responsibilities included all facets of business management, physician relations and executive leadership. Recruited to join, the then largest US emergency medicine practice management company, Spectrum Emergency Care she was charged with overseeing on-going operations during a leveraged buy-out by EmCare, Inc. and its ultimate acquisition by a publicly traded owner. She served as Vice President and General Manager of EmCare’s St. Louis operations until her brief retirement in 2000. In 1991, she attained the status of Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Exeuctives and has provided numerous consultative engagements for healthcare organizations and hospital systems across the Country. Lynn returned to healthcare in 2004 and strives to create opportunities for healthcare across the Country.


Director of Information Services

Jonathon Witherspoon

A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Mr. Witherspoon has found himself on the cutting edge of business and technology for over 20 years. As a NASA Scholar he designed, planned, and implemented one of the first distant learning systems on the Internet for higher education. His knowledge of aviation afforded him a nomination to the famed Discover Award for 3-D aeronautical design.

Since the early 90’s Mr. Witherspoon has utilized technology and business strategies to push outside the box and bring companies to the forefront of strategic profitability. His knowledge in business law, technology, strategic planning, corporate structure, and design has put him in a unique position to help any number of facets of TMEs executive team and projects. He has accomplishments in several industries including, but not limited to: Broadcasting, Aviation, Technology, Healthcare, Entertainment, and Consulting.

Two of his top achievements in his business career are consulting the Pentagon in Washington D.C., and being able to experience a carrier landing while a guest of the United States Navy on the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) at sea in the Pacific.


Director of Physician Services

Maryellen Gatewood


Maryellen Gatewood began her recruiting career while attending Cleveland State University in 1985. After more than 20 years specializing in physician recruiting, she has a wealth of experience and an envied track record of successful placements and retained clients. Maryellen has worked in private practice, large placement firms, as a recruting manager in specialty practice management companies such as EmCare, Inc. and has consulted with several executive placement companies. Now she directs one of the largest unique recruiting services matching physicians with traditional and non-traditional workplace opportunities. TME's service 'FlexDox' supports a virtual multi-specialty physician network providing medical consultation and intervention for wide-ranging clients and industries with state of the art technological capabilities. Her gifts for developing and maintaining vigorous relationships with physicians, identifying and communicating opportunities and challenges is a vital part of TME. Maryellen serves as its Director of Physician Services.


Director of Technology

Damon Childs

Mr. Childs has more than 15 years experience as a programmer, network architect and systems designer.  He is accredited as a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), completing Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) training, and has tremendous experience in network architecture.  His proficiencies include CGI, HTML, SQL, Bash Shell Scripting, Visual Basis, C++, UNIX (Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, BSDi, digital UNIX (now true 64), and SUN), Windows (Windows NT 3.51, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows 95, Windows 98,  Windows ME, Windows XP), Mac OS X, iPhone, Perl, and PHP, as well as fluency in at least a dozen more operating systems and languages, such as Pascal, Assembly, Fortran, JAVA script, JAVA, Python, and CGI. One of Damon’s fortes is unique network design, security, and implementation. 

During his carrier steps in technology he was a Senior System/Network Administrator at the University of Nebraska. He was able to design and complete an integrated security system, implement a fully switched network, and link the library systems to the campus fiber backbone enabling approximately 12 million people high-speed access to the library catalogues and website.  He also assisted in the creation of the University’s library on-line research technology, which won a National Library Association Gale Group Award.  His server design has afforded universities and corporations alike the ability to run unimpeded for several years.  Mr. Childs is also proficient in tech support, customer service, and problem solving, allowing him to subsequently develop tech support centers within larger companies.   

Mr. Childs oversees all aspects of research and development.  He is responsible for the servers, programmers, network, building and system security, allocation and purchase of computer hardware and technology, ongoing technology training, penetration and security testing, and creating external and internal help desks.



General Counsel

Chris Lewis


As General Counsel for TME, Mr. Lewis has over 12 years of broad legal experience counseling Group Purchasing Organizations, transportation, contract services, insurance and public housing corporations. He also has an extensive e-commerce, software development and software licensing experience, general corporate, purchasing and acquisition, commercial, real estate and litigation background. He was also instrumental in assisting in the formation of the RailMarketplace, an e-commerce purchasing consortium made up of leading railroads in North America.

Mr. Lewis received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas Tech University in 1993 and his law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 1996.


Director of Finance

Melissa Stochl


Melissa Stochl earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, Missouri and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.  She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and has spent eight years in public accounting with a primary focus on the healthcare industry.  During that time, she performed audit and client management functions as well as individual and corporate tax preparation services. She also has 5 years of hospital administration experience. After completing a two year administrative fellowship at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, she managed two outpatient centers. Mrs. Stochl’s strong analytical background has allowed her to fill key roles in strategic and financial planning. She joined the executive management team of TeleMedExperts, LLC as its Chief Financial Officer in 2006.


Compliance Officer

Dr. Sybil Ingram-Campbell


Dr. Sybil Ingram-Campbell is a respected and experienced professional in the areas of healthcare information systems and regulatory compliance issues with significant knowledge on INFOSEC, NIST, FISA, FISMA, CFR 210,211 & 820 as well as Lifespan Respite Act regulations. With over twenty years of healthcare experience, she has been one of the nation's foremost speakers and active consultants for the HIPAA implementation challenges, addressing all major aspects of the Administrative Simplification Subtitle and affected entities/stakeholders. Dr. Ingram-Campbell has served as a clinician, clinical researcher and instructor, emergency preparedness and readiness specialist as well as serving as an independent validation and verification compliance manager for multiple national providers of healthcare services. She has held key positions for healthcare industry leaders such as HBOC/McKesson, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Labs, the Georgia Technology Authority and the Centers for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC). In addition, Dr. Ingram-Campbell is nationally board certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, a former associate with the American College of Healthcare Executives, founder of Enlghtened, Inc. Consulting Firm, a certified INFOSEC professional by the Information Security & Audit Control Association and the US National Security Agency. As a volunteer, she is an active Georgia state representative for the National Family Caregivers Association and an ‘ambassador’ for the humanitarian Nourish The Children Project. Dr. Ingram-Campbell and speaks nationally and internationally on topics concerning leadership, information privacy and security as well as family care giving issues.
